PGA RISING STARS
OUR STAR PROGRAM
Aimed at players from around the world, aged between 15 and 19, who want to become professionals and wish to continue their studies abroad, either in the United States or Europe. Programme conducted entirely in English.
During the week, we carried out technical and tactical training with top-level coaches, and we also welcomed visits from professional coaches who turned the training sessions into real masterclasses.
In addition, we work with representation agencies that advise and assist players interested in applying for sports scholarships.
Places are limited: only 36 will be selected.
SCHEDULE
All the Rising Stars will stay in our accommodation, so they will live 24 hours a day with their colleagues and will take different training courses on different topics: healthy habits, psychology in sports, injury prevention…
WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?
Fill out the registration form by selecting the “Rising Stars” option.
Once you have submitted the form, the Pau Gasol Academy by Santander team will contact you and ask for documentation of the following:
- Academic transcript (most recent school report)
- Sports curriculum (experience in the sport, teams played for, player’s height and wingspan, position(s) on the court, dominant hand)
- 1-2 minute video highlights of good quality from matches, clearly identifying the player.
FACILITY
Our state-of-the-art facility features a professional parquet court and 6 baskets, providing the perfect environment for an elite training program.

PRICE
1.850€ 1.600€
Includes: Training sessions, activities, PGA gear (two t-shirts, one pair of shorts, and a gymsack), full board at our residence, workshops, physiotherapist and sports psychologist services, and
gifts. Transportation from the airport or train station on June 28 is also available.
EARN MONEY BY SELLING RAFFLE TICKETS
All participants of the Pau Gasol Academy by Santander who request it will receive, completely free of charge and after making their payment, a booklet of raffle tickets that they can sell to help recover the cost of participation.
The organization will take care of drawing the winner and shipping their prize; the winning number will be the same as the number drawn for that day’s ONCE raffle in Spain. All profits obtained by the participant from the sale will be entirely theirs.
